Experts are experienced and skilled since they been in the industry much longer. Experts, too, are better equipped with the ten-step strategy cycle. Experts are more knowledgeable and are specialists with the ten-step strategy cycle. However, novices interpretation of the ten-step Strategy is very little understanding compared to the experts.
